poem 2nd round

Another poem wrote in class today.

The theme is this picture:

Title: The feline

I pawed the smooth glass surface that framed the king
My tiny heart fluttered when he did the same
Behind the glass resides the feline king
Victorious and prideful
He purred as he licked the sharp trimmed claws
Swishing his tail from side to side
There I stand basking in glory and pride
As still as a statue, the mirror reflects the same

I shook as the collar on my neck tightens
The cold locks send shivers down my spine
I meowed and growled in defense
As the gruff lumbering creature yanks my chain
She sweeps me up as I screech
Clawing in the air
Then I was handed my favorite toy
I was nothing
But a domestic cat

Snipped

Hokay, so I realize I woke up too early today- 6.30am
Finish my breakfast, even have time to curl my hair for fun and I'm still left with so much time!

With nothing urgent to do, I finally took out some shirts (they're rotting inside my cupboard) to practice some cutting.
Ok maybe not so much of a practice...
I just cut an old camp shirt for 1 min *snip snip* (my practice) then proceed to the actual shirt.

& here it is!



There's some rough edges here and there, but i think it works lah.
Not bad for someone who didn't take any fashion designer course right.

So I guess I've wasted enough time.
Cutting up shirts, taking photos and blogging it.

Shall go for my facial now, then to school! ^^
I always having effing pain pimple on my nose, irritating.

Old friend

Was looking at some old pictures, and suddenly I miss this old friend of mine;

I love to sleep. My world tend to fall apart when i'm awake.

Flipping and throwing away
Under the superficial sits the prize of the day
There it is glowing and waiting for me
Without a wait, I bought the weight
There it was resting in my home today,
till I realize it was another penny thrown away

Today would probably be the longest day in my timetable.
But definitely also the best! (and stress)
I love this semester module.

Nothing more fun and satisfying than getting to film in a green screen studio
and mixing it with motion graphic during post production using afterfx.






Btw, I have no school tomorrow.
Ain't my time table great.
Though I have the feeling it wasn't suppose to be an 'off' day..
It's for more project meetings and completing of last minute assignments.
Stress alert for the Year twos.

Road trip

Yesterday was a road trip with M, Nov, John & Jerlin.
Wanted to ask YY along too but the car couldn't contain all of us.
Sorry YY!!!
Thanks J for driving us around and letting us in your house, it was awesome.
We went Changi, Tampines, Punggol & Marina.

Our first stop was to Salvation army thrift store, we kinda pass by there actually.
Both John and Jerlin bought something!



Throughout the whole road trip, Eric cartmen was our favorite toy.
Maisie keep on playing with Eric and treating it like her new best friend.
I really suspect if she'll take him home with her!







J introduce us to the Nasi Lemak stall at changi, we also had some Satay for lunch.
It's not bad, but still I think the one at Boonlay market taste better!






Halfway during our lunch, it start to rain cats and dogs.
No choice our road trip plan change to chillin at John's house.
I adore his room it's so cooooolll with all the posters and figurine boxes hanging by the wall.
The entire room set up was so cozy and nice!

Played PS3 with M and I laughed like crazy while fighting with her tintin character.
I also teach Jerlin how to play a classical piano piece, he's sucha quick learner!
Then he showed me how to play titanic, which I totally didn't catch a thing at all
haha.




After the rain stop, we went to ...Korea aka Malaysia!
Hahaha.
It's a really nice place to chillax, windy and cooling with few ppl around.

Carrying on our journey to the ship/yacht dock.
& that's when M start to show herself (as in going crazy and noisy)
Hahahaha I love her.

Nov on the other hand looks tired and he keep on smoking that day!

& then home sweet home!
I half-slept during the journey back because it's too nice and windy alrdy.
I like when the windows are scrolled down.



Thanks J who made the effort to plan the Saturday outing.
It was really fun and we should do it again!
Maybe next would be steamboat at my house, and also with YY too :D
